$35 per Ticket for Actives, $45 per Ticket for Alumni

 

Please respond by March 26th, 2019 by mailing the lower portion of the invite to Michael Wengrzyn, Gamma Sigma 159, at 1525 Briggs Street Stevens Point, WI 54481. Your RSVP should include a check made out to Theta Xi Fraternity for the total cost of your and your guest’s meals.

 

 

Reserve your room for the event by calling The Polynesian Waterpark and Resort under the Theta Xi Formal block. Block ends 3/26. We are also asking Alumni if they have any items that they would like to donate to the silent auction or raffle. If you do, indicate so on the response and give a brief description of the items.
